SEA PASSION
At Brasserie Chez Mô, seafood is much more than just a speciality: it has long been a real passion.
All year round, seven days a week, we serve seafood platters and exceptionally fresh oysters for lunch and dinner – and even in the afternoon!
You can also order them to take away from our fishmonger’s, which is right next to the restaurant.
Our daily routine? Caring lobsters of the tank, receiving, checking and opening our extra-fresh oysters, receiving the day’s catch of wild fish and ordering
other for the following day, and preparing and cooking wild prawns and shellfish, to dress the great seafood platters that you enjoy and savour.
And nothing gives us greater pleasure than a delivery from our local sea urchin fisherman (depending on the season and weather conditions).

quality is a passion we are delighted to share with you, even in spring and summer… and not just at Christmas, on New Year’s Eve and on New Year’s Day.
